What is the name (or where to look) for a stand alone kitchen island/cabinet that can accomodate barstools? My mother in law had one at her house when she built it.. but she cant remember where the builder got it. In my dinning area, we are going to use one of these. I have put my dinning table/chairs in the sunroom for the formal dinning. Thanks all.

When I open the door to let my cat in after he’s been meowing for about 5 minutes, he just stands there. Finally when he comes back in, he will want back out 5 minutes later. Does anyone else’s cat do this and why do you think they do?

p.s. my cat is not an outside cat. We have a sunroom where he can look outside.

I installed vinly, argon gas filled, LowE, et al windows in a sunroom I built 3 years ago: some 3′x5′ pictures, a large pentagon, etc. Lately, 2 of’em are showing significant smudging, in fixed patterns inside, between the panes. The discoloration comes and goes, showing up when they get direct sun. May be caused by the coating, tenting, or gas leakage? I dunno.

So When installing ceramic tile, (ours is going to be porceline) is it best to put the heating system ounderneath? Do you really need it. I keep telling my parents to put it and they aren’t sure we really need it. I told them how my friend had it in her sunroom and they ended up pulling it all out a few years after to re-do it with the heating system underneath. What do you guys think? Also who would be installing it? Do you get an electrition or does the ceramic floor installer do it? Thanks!
I’m sorry I didnt word that correctly…my friend had ceramic in her sunroom without the heating system and they pulled all the ceramics out afew years after to re-do it with the heating system because they said it was too cold all the time..thats what im worried about..is it really cold all the time on the feet..I felt the ceramic tile we have piled ready to be installed and it doesn’t feel too cold, what do you think?

I am in Marketing and I had a recruiter trying to help me find a job but I found a job on my own, well i finally got the courage to ask him out and I sent him this email.
” I also wanted to ask, I usually do not ask men out for coffee, but I was wondering if you would like to have coffee one night after work? If you have a significant other, I understand and just disreguard this last paragraph. But I would have regretted it if I didn’t atleast ask. But hey, if nothing else if you ever need a sunroom or a spa we are the best in town. I hear the lady in Marketing is really exceptional. You will have to atleast stop by and say hi to her.”
He wrote back saying:
“I am on the downside of a relationship. I should probably take care of this first, but would love to have coffee sometime in the future.
Thank you and have a great day!”
Is this a brush off or sound like he isnt interested? If so its okay I am a big girl but just needed help on knowing what he ment

Hi, I planted 2 beds of New Wave Petunias this spring. They are new beds, this is the first year to have New Wave Petunias in them. They are flower beds next to each other in front of our sunroom but have a space in between where a rose bush is planted.
The problem is the petunias were planted at the same time, one side is lush and growing beautifully. The plants on the other side have all wilted and died one at a time, we’ve replaced them on the bad side, but I noticed one of the new ones look wilted and dying now. I watered both the same, we haven’t had a lot of rain, I’m in south GA. hour south of Atlanta. I’ve never seen anything like this before and have planted number of things in this area over the last 15 yrs we have lived here,
Does anyone know anything I can try to do? Thanks, Debbie

I went to put a bench in my sunroom near the windows, but it is sort of a v-shape, so it is hard to find the right size. Could I make the bench on my own? Is there a store I could go to that could create this for me? Thanks.

I have a beautiful Rex Begonia and want to propagate it for more plants. What is the best way and what medium is best to use? The plant is mature, healthy and ready now to propagate. For some reason it has not waited until the Spring.
It is in my Sunroom and has ideal conditions as I have hundreads of plants. I am just not certain of the BEST way for the hairy begonia.
