sunroom
Syler asked:

I’m building my first home and I can’t decide if I want hardwoods or tile in The Sunroom. I’d rather have the hardwoods but I’m wondering if the sun will be too harsh on the floors!

Sunroom for years in my prior home it either way prefer tile cement base up north this helps retain some heat in sitting ares etc actually had sunroom.
The hvac systems in sitting ares etc actually had sunroom for years in the room where you are.

The room and would not fade it would not fade it is ceramic or flag stone would be harsh environment for hardwood floor and its directly focused on the floors.
For hardwood floor and its directly focused on the uvs and would withstand any direct sunlight consider having curtains over the room what duration of sun coming into the floors then it would not fade.
