Sunroom price?

I am thinking about converting my covered porch/patio into a sunroom. I just need windows for two sides as the other two are walls/bricks and it has a roof already. My patio size is 11×20 (height 9). I was quoted $14K for a vinyl sunroom and $12500 for aluminum. Is this a good price?

For an 11×20 patio that does sound pretty good, personally, I would go with the aluminum instead of vinyl, because vinyl gets brittle over time due to exposure.
Before you go ahead with it, I recommend at least one other estimate with the same materials. This way you will have a much better idea of the going rate in your area for that particular application.
