The facts behind four season greenhouses
Although the porch is generally built so that you can see the wonders of nature Outside, there is no reason why you can not provide the sun to reflect your personality and interests.
Before you can build your conservatory, there are some questions you should ask yourself. More importantly, of course, is that your local zoning regulations allow you even construct a porch?

The contractor will be able to tell you exactly how many square feet you have, and you want to buy furniture that will set off and complete the new room. If you plan to have a room full of plants you want to consult with the contractor on the qualities of the word … if it will be used as a sauna, so you'll have another set of questions.
If you are living in a climate that has real winter, you'll have to decide if you want that your conservatory should be a three-season sun, used during the cold months of winter, or if you want to be able to sit there too comfortable in the dark night of winter. Greenhouses are not all designed to be used for the cold season – so you want to make sure you buy the appropriate equipment specially designed for high quality 4-season porches, if that is the case.
