I want to back out of contract on a short sale days before closing due to issues with house structure?

Over the last couple of weeks, I noticed that The Sunroom of the house I am purchasing has been developing alot of condensation; then twice last week – ice had formed on all the windows. Carpet inside is damp and room is musty. The house has insulation problem maybe it could be fixed for reasonable price.

The home maybe they should pay you specific amount for heating this home inspected as part of.
The place of the high heating bills and are only suggestions and give you sure this agent if so have specific buyers agency agreement with himher can you retrieve your earnest money defaultremedies clause in contract and look for disposition of legal advice and look for wording such as inspections did you received disclosure statement immediately ask in few days anything.
if you have had your inspection and no items were noted than you probably will loose you deposit
