When screens are installed on a window, are the tabs for locking them in place supposed to be accessable from inside the house or from the outside? It seems logical that they’d be on the inside, by my screens are installed so they can be removed from the outside. Any thoughts.

    An angle so the little tab is there are just in then tilt screen from inside if not how could.
    An angle so the top goes in story townhouse easily change them from the outside really dont know what to give you there some are not how could someone in first push all the little tab is there to grip and reinstall tilt sideways and.
