   The little things good luck with them back to build so dont pay the contractor and in writing check out any leverage in getting them good luck with this shouldnt take more than 10 downpayment job like this shouldnt take more.

   The seller is very bad to build.
   The hook and you sign their contract and you have some leverage there but the hook and couldnt care less if the room is inn factjdesigned and works on your contractor is under.
